Fitting is quite straightforward but as the Puchacz is tail light it is vital that both securing pins are located and locked in place with the R clips. To make sure we do not lose these fittings they are chained to the tow out bar.

==== To fit the tow out gear: ====

# Fit tail dolly using the locating marks on the fuselage for reference.
# Attach the tow bar to the tail dolly using the 12mm bar and R clip.
# Raise the tow hitch end and pass the remaining bar through the Puchacz tail wheel spindle and secure with the R clip.
# Fit the wing dolly onto either tip as close to the tip as possible to avoid placing strain on the ailerons and secure with the bungee straps.
# Finally attach the tow hitch to the tow out vehicle.

* There is ample adjustment for the tail spindle bolt but it is important that the tail dolly is aligned with the marks on the fuselage first.
