The bus was used as a mobile canteen (called "The Roundout"). Unfortunately, maintaining it mechanically and hygienically became too much of a call on volunteers and it ceased to be used. It was sold in September 2013 to Mr Robin (Rob) Knight of 28 Lyall Close, Flitwick, Beds who is a bus enthusiast with resources to restore it, and has a personal interest in its early history.
